Dr Steven Gething

Steven Gething 博士拥有昆士兰科技大学 (QUT) 的博士学位、法学硕士学位和法律从业资格证书。 还拥有英国利兹城市大学的法律研究生文凭和英国法尔茅斯大学的文学学士学位（荣誉）。 

Steven holds a:

• PhD, 
• Master of Laws, 
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). 

Steven also has a:

• Graduate Diploma in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK, 
• Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Falmouth University in the UK.

Steven has also been an Associate Lecturer at QUT, and taught in the highly complex areas of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law.

Steven has first-hand experience of the Australian migration system after migrating from the UK to pursue his legal studies. His special interest in migration law was the basis for him founding Morgan Clifford Migration Services in 2015.

Based on Steven’s experience in a high-volume criminal and family law firm, helping dozens of Brisbane individuals and families successfully deal with complex legal matters, he then co-founded Morgan Clifford Legal Services in 2017. He practices mostly in workers compensation claims Brisbane based matters.
